A quiet and peaceful community in the Dominion of Canada is shaken up by the arrival of a wounded and stinky gun-toting American cowboy, simply known as The Montana Kid, wanted for the alleged killing of seven men. A subsequent clarification reveals that his real name is Sean Rafferty, and he admits to killing, not seven, but eleven men. Things only get worse after Sean gets in the bad books of the local militia, and with armed bounty hunters hot on his trail, challenges the local unarmed blacksmith, Jack Smith, to a duel - wild west style!

User Review - 10/10 by Skyler IThis film stars Paul Gross and Sienna Guillory in a Western/Comedy Hybrid set in Canada, so I knew right away I was going to like enjoy it, but it turns out that there's more to this movie than meets the eye. It's actually quite a charming film that possesses a lot of heart and enough character and emotional depth to keep the story feeling fresh. LIke any Western there are genre cliches at work here, but they're served up with such originality that you're likely to either not notice them or just forgive them, which is a compliment. This film is charming, funny, and very good, even if it does feature songs performed by Blue Rodeo.

User Review - 10/10 by Galaxy Quest PI loved this movie. A very odd mix, that somehow mixes together really well. A pretty clean western romantic comedy drama set in Canada. Told you it was an odd mid, but it really does mesh together pretty well imo. Only thing I didn't really like was that during the blooper reel during the end credits they don't censor anything, so a mostly clean movie that's not bad for children, has lots of F-bombs during the end credits.
