Life's no bed of roses for shy Ina Hofmann (30) lately: a single mother, who works as a secretary at a toy company, is bullied by her colleagues and has conceited idiot for a boss, Alex (39). But when he wakes up one morning the size of a toy soldier, it's Ina who has to help him out of this unfortunate situation and who calls the shots for an important presentation.
