User ReviewKat LIf I counted this as a movie (it was made for scifi network), it would be the absolute worst I've ever seen, and utterly hilarious at that :D The ghosts were the worst attempt at scary I've ever witnessed, even counting Evil Dead. FLAMING TENTACLE-SKULL GHOST THAT TRIES TO DESTROY YOU BY BURNING YOUR TRIBAL BOAT style horror. I definitely recommend watching it if you get your kicks from that kind of humor :D
User ReviewJacob Pi actually loved this movie! Antonio Sabato, Jr is sooo fiiine. ;)
User ReviewFloyd CVery decent story line but the acting wasn't up to par. Though that's what you get for getting an underwear model to act your main character.
User ReviewLeiny THmmm, several strangers wake up on a boat with no memory of how they got there, except that they have to follow certain rules. Average film that isn't scary at all, and looks like they spent all of their budget (about 10p) on the CGI. Fairly weak ending too.
User ReviewAlex HNot really scary, very cliched, poor CGI, unconvincing acting and weak story line. Only one particularly convincing character, and he dies...
User ReviewChris RStraight to DVD, made for TV. Don't expect much.
User Reviewmichiko aMade me jump once, but overall was not so good because the acting is appauling.
User ReviewSean DGhost Voyage (James Oxford, 2008) Another deeply silly Sci-Fi Original Movie, though not as thoroughly horrid as some I've watched recently. Seven people wake up on a freighter in the middle of the ocean, with no one around to tell them what's going on save a mysterious steward (The Art of War's Hiroyuki Tagawa). One of them is Michael, a race car mechanic, played by Antonio Sabato, Jr. Do you need to know anything more than that? Well, if you do, there are some attractive women, there are a few subplots with various characters trying to off other characters, there are some rules the passengers need to follow (and if they don't, there are some pretty special effects to bump them off in creative ways), and they all have to figure out why they're on this boat and where they're going. And yeah, just by reading the description, you've probably already figured it out. James Oxford's direction is competent, the CGI isn't completely terrible, the acting (on the other hand) is completely terrible. It's your basic Sci-Fi Channel Original Movie. In other words, a good way to kill an hour and a half, but nothing more than that. **
User ReviewWS WCorrect- it's undoubtedly bad. But there were a few good in the bad.
User ReviewGeof SSeriously? People get money for writing this? Excuse me, I need to get to my typewriter.
