User ReviewDavid KWith Barbara Griselle & Major Cummings as the love interest, invisible brains might sound twee. But they become visible! AND DRINK YOUR MIND
User ReviewNick EIt's in the Criterion Collection because they have good taste. Arthur Crabtree has kind of a legend status in horror/sci-fi movies. Also, the leaping brains are great.
User ReviewJohnny CThis is a great exciting horror movie that scared the kowzooey out of me on Creature Features in New York in the 1970's when I was a tiny pup. Sexy girl excellent hero in Marshall Thompson (underrated truly gifted actor see "Battleground") & creepy old guy. Fantastic supporting cast except for that white haired guy who freezes & then dies in front of the fireplace (truly horrendous actor who moves around when he's "dead" & they're moving him!). Great crawling brains / spinal cords. Awesome oozing bloody shot brains. MMMMMMM Gooey !!!! Yum!!!! Great death scenes with lots of PAIN & Agony (ACTING)on Faces. William Shatner would be proud!! Great to see the hero save the day & get the hot chick!!!!!
User ReviewPavandeep SThis movie had an effect that still worked, for some reason, it was pretty creepy as I watched it, the director is a known cinematographer and his shots were well placed and done to create this mood of despair and destruction inherent in the plot of this film, where the atomic age is shown in its grisly experience and its expectations as a way for humans to live in the future.
