During one summer afternoon in 1970s Romania two con-men read an ad in the newspaper classified section. The ad placed by a wealthy lawyer aims to find his two long-lost sons and inheritors of his fortune. The two charlatans Costica and Bibi immediately see the unexpected opportunity to impersonate the true inheritors and claim the rich inheritance for themselves. There is one catch however. One of the inheritors has a shorter leg since birth. One of the two con-men will have to learn to walk with a severe limp in order to impersonate the true inheritor who was born with a shorter leg. Another problem for charlatans Costica and Bibi is the fact that other con-men had the same idea and are also vying for the rich inheritance. Which duo of con-men will be the most convincing impersonators of the true inheritors ?
