User Review - 10/10 by Mary Fif you like gore, but real gore, watch faces of death, and it does not matter which one you see, part 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. all of them are mini film of actual people being eaten alive, be in horrible accidents, even getting censinatered. you need to have a stomach for this one. qNOT FOR KIDS.

User Review - 10/10 by Kyle LThe fourth and final installment in the Faces Of Death series is an entertaining conclusion to the Faces Of Death movies. This movie is in the vein of its three predecessors where this movie features a couple of footages like people getting killed by schizophrenic patients, bungee accidents, animal killings and of course police brutality and stunts that went horribly wrong. To be honest I love all four Faces Of Death movies and this film is just as good as its predecessors and it was really fun enough to watch all four movies and all of them are fantastic enough to watch. What I like about Faces Of Death IV is of course the footages itself are great as always but this time the footages are even more disturbing and gorier than in the early films. Its of course hard to say as always either some of them are real and fake but for me I just love this movie a lot and the deaths are seriously extreme. The first footage with the schizophrenic patient killing the nurse is an intense and disturbing footage. The animal killings are disgusting enough to watch. The bungee accident is another intense sequence and the police brutality footage is extremely hardcore on the intensity while the rest of the footages are disturbing and very gory as well and I like the footages a lot. Director Conan Li Claire did another fantastic job with his work on the last Faces Of Death movie and its a great way to end the series with this installment and I totally love his work on all four movies so far. Overall Faces Of Death IV is a fantastic conclusion in the Faces Of Death series and this film gets a 10/10.

User Review - 8/10 by Private UIf you actually watch the documentary of the documentary, it picks apart fake ones and real ones.all the fake ones are based on real news stories, and all the execution/car accident/ animal death footage (minus the puppy) is real as balls. The host is a fake doctor who's classic terrible acting makes this film worth the watch alone.
User Review - 8/10 by Cecily Bthis was crazy, i looked it up and some of the scenarios are real and some of them are fake. basically the documentry shows you different aspects of what death looks like its really disturbing but awesome if you are a freak like me haha i dreamt that my sister jumped off a building and landed flat on the ground and i saw it exactly how it showed it on this movie.. it was good though i looked it up on google videos dont know if its still there though
