Full Plot Details

Bhopal-based statuesque singing beauty, Chandni Shrivastava, falls in love with wealthy fellow-singer, Prem Ajmera. Her widowed dad, Bhushan, and his widowed mother both approve and they formally get engaged. Bhushan passes away suddenly and Chandni is unable to get married as there is no one to look after her much younger siblings, Anuj and Sandhya, and as a result the wedding gets postponed. She struggles to maintain the family by teaching music and continues to stay in touch with Prem. 12 years later, Anuj gets married to Natasha, and Chandni hopes to wed Prem, but things do terribly wrong when Natasha humiliates Prem and then decides to move out. Sandhya then demands that she re-locate to the U.S. to further her career, while Prem's mom issues an ultimatum that she either marry Prem immediately or relieve him so that he can get married to someone else.

User Review - 10/10 by Atul RAfter a loooong loong time later there's a movie that you can sit with your whole family and watch it. The last family movie was made on 2006 by Rajshri Production VIVAAH. We need more movies like this one, even tho its very filmi but atleast this kind of movie gets your whole family together and makes you realize what family and love is all about. Sooraj Kumar Barjatya is a great family and wedding film maker. I just love his movies, he is still the same with his movies unlike Yash Chorpa whose movies used to be all about love and romance and now its nothing but sex and alcohol. I think its a great film and it was worth traveling all the way to New Jersey to catch it. Isha Koppikar is the perfect girl for this movie, and Sonu Sood as well. Two great stars whose been hiding with flop movies. People who will watch this movie will gain more respect for Isha as an actor and Sonu Sood as well. Vishal who has been playing a friend role or an extra, finally got chance to do a better and bigger role in this movie. Music is kind of dull for this movie, none of the songs keeps in your head like Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Hum Sath Sath Hain or Miaine Pyaar Kiya but The best song in this movie is Mujme Zinda hai woh. I recommend everyone to watch this movie. I am glad that Indian culture respects family values so much because no matter what Family will always be there.

User Review - 8/10 by Seraj ABarjatyas are back again with Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi after a b.buster hit of Vivah. Again low budget films under big banner, and actors who haven't a lead show. The film is family saga but not like Vivha, HSSH, or HAHK coz here casts & characters starts a race from music competition stage. Once again you will find 'Prem' a customary name of main character. After super duper hit and a huge collection of Hum Aapke Haiin Koun which was a remake of Rajshri's own Nadiya Ke Paar, traditionaly started to remake of oldies one and nothing else, Main Prem Ki Deewani was remake of Chitchor, and Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi is remake of Rajshri's oldie Tapasya. The film will not be boring coz of Ravinder Jain's melodious music score. The blind musician Ravinder Jain has been awarding evergreen songs to Rajshri since Geet Gata Chal till the last super hit successful Vivah. The new pair Eesha Koppikhar & Sonu Sood are lucky to got full advantage of this opportunity and do a remarkable job. But see what to be happen coz stars haven't lead show like Salman or Shahid

If you can get over the first hour which has a record number of songs (and trust me on that) it gets pretty good from there onwards with a melodramatic end to complete the movie. A decent watch. The lead actress does a good job.
