| User ReviewHeather BI saw about 20 minutes of this movie this morning as I was getting ready for work. Didn't even know the title until I googled it, but I liked the actresses (Stockard Channing, Jennifer Tilly). The scene I saw was when they were sharing their romance horror stories. I really related to Stockard's character, as she replayed the scene with her frigid husband. She gave him an anniversary present, waiting until the clock flipped over to 12:01 am. He could barely be bothered to look at it, hating to have his reading interrupted. Then she wanted to make love, and he was all "what, now?!". He finally conceded but he just got on top and didn't try to be affectionate at all. That just broke my heart. Then, he couldn't do it. The look on her face just said it all. |
