eFilmCritic.comRob GonsalvesSteve Railsback gives us probably the definitive cinematic Gein, and the movie is eminently worthwhile for him alone.
Ozus' World Movie ReviewsDennis SchwartzNever going past being creepy and unsettling.
eFilmCritic.comScott WeinbergNot really terrible, but way too dry and dull for any self-respecting serial killer biopic.
User ReviewChristen PLOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT (i love ed gein to)
User ReviewAlberto CED Gein, one of the great serial killer storys, the movie goes into his childhood, and his adult life and how he was veiwed by others and fitted into the community, its nice to get a look at the whole picture and the life he led, I;m just glad I never lived around there or invited him round for dinner, ha ha ha great film, if your into serial killer stuff, you'll enjoy this one.

User ReviewCaitlin BThis is the truest movie that has been made about this man and his actions i watched the movie and got chills on more than one occasion making this a good movie making me think more about the man and his mind set then about the crimes that he committed. one of my all time faviotes
User ReviewLauren Kirsteni love this film, all films with sereal killers in. more blood the better.
User ReviewEmi SHe liked killing people that's for sure. Even members of his own family. I liked the lamp he made next to his bed. When the little boy went into his room, I thought he was going to be killed also. He must have had nightmares for years after. A great film.I don't know how much of it is actualy true though.
User ReviewDavid DI liked it. I hear that it's inaccurate as hell but it still entertains me. I thought Steve Railsback was great as Gein. And the Anderson house where Ed was arrested at during the end was also the Jarvis house from Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter.
