User ReviewSarah BI learned a lot from this film, enough to make me want to make changes to the way I eat. I had no idea how many people are impacted by chronic diseases because of how they eat, and the film made me want to look into healthier ways of eating. I also liked how you can tell that the information is coming from reputable sources. This is a must see!
User ReviewBrooke TFascination lifesaving information presented beautifully with truly moving personal stories of hope and healing. A must see.
User ReviewM CFeels like an infomercial. Well it does contain a lot of useful information, it relies too much on anecdotal and personal stories and two little on Hard science. I am not in disagreement with the basic criticisms and observations of the film, but if they want to win people over they need more than feel-good stories and tales of "miracle cures". Also, the film is overly long.
