Full Plot Details

The outcast cinema student, Stephen Grace, does not drive cars due to the trauma of losing his brother in a car accident. He befriends Quaid, who since the age of 6 has experienced dreadful nightmares and daydreams about the death of his parents. Quaid proposes they research about each one's innermost fear. Stephen sees the chance of developing an original thesis for college and invites his friend, Cheryl, to work with them. Among the interviewees, Stephen talks to his colleague, Abby who works with him in the library. Abby has a complex about the way she looks. When the work is almost complete, Quaid has an outburst at one interviewee's and ends up destroying the camera and editing equipment. Stephen begins to re-evaluate the situation.

User Review - 10/10 by Jacob GDread is one of the few films I rate highly that I have to admit to never wanting to see again. Ever. I wouldn't be able to handle a replication of the emotional journey Dread took me on. The concept is fabulous and executed to a T. I was expecting a mediocre torture porn--what I got was a complicated exploration of what it means it be afraid. And how terrifying it is when someone decides to exploit them. And mixed into this mess is some of the better multi-dimensional characters I've seen in a horror-label film. Just, ugh, so good. I was for real crying at places.

Well if it were actually scarry or creepy it wouldhave been good but there?s too much build up to me. frankly I think the last half hour is all that needs to be watched. How it minipulates and drives everyoen crazy, the movie was just....great. Especially the ending ohh i love ending were everything bad happens and this was one of the greatest. The movie is very deranged especially if u put yourself in their shoes or if your deepest darkest fear was used to tear u apart. I loved it.
