User Review - 10/10 by Till HPretty damn fu**ing excellent comedy movie. Completely underrated, underrecognized, and underappreciated. Chow Yun-Fats best comedy along with 100 Ways to murder your Wife (1986) and The Greatest Lover (1988). Sally and Joey are perfect. If you like this also find Jackie Chan's The Twin Dragons (1992). Must see.
User Review - 10/10 by David PA really great romantic comedy-a hilariously offbeat and sometimes offensive misogynistic romp. It is a truly dazzling film, considering that in one year Chow and Sally would go on to star in The Killer. For Chow, the transition back to action (he had already starred in "A Better Tomorrow" and a number of B shoot em ups in the 70s) exhibited his versatility. Sally, however, proved herself to be best suited for this kind of role.
