The story of a spoiled and so very bored Princess, who taunts and ridicules her suitors. Always rejecting the princes, lords etc for being "boring". When the Danish Prince arrives, she rejects him and the Prince then decides on a plot to force the king's hand. He dresses up as a beggar and through a clever scheme gets the king to give the Princess to him (still disguised as a poor man).
