Dead Clowns revolves around ordinary people in a small town in Florida. A hurricane has just slammed into the area, causing torrential downpours, whilst also awakening the clowns that died in the bay of the town. These clowns have only revenge on their mind since everyone had tried to erase their memories of the horrific accident. The clowns not only kill, but resort to cannibalism and slaughter the people one by one. Can there be an end to this mayhem or will the town be doo... (Full plot summary below)

| User ReviewPatricia HIt's no Fellini, but it delivers what it promises. I've seen much worse films with much bigger budgets. The story is ridiculous and the acting is terrible, but the make up, special effects and foley is very well done. It takes a while to kick into anything decent, but it's fun to watch with friends and it has just enough splatter. |

| User ReviewPrivate UOne word: LAME Just what you'd expect from a B-rated horror flick, and the one thing I will say about it is that it knew it was a B-rated horror flick, so that's alright. The acting was atrocious. The camera angles and effects laughable, and the 'dead clowns' were downright stupid looking and made me laugh more than made me horrified. It's funny how, 50 years after their deaths, they resurface. It's like an unwritten rule where zombies can't come back to life unless it's a major milestone. Expect in 50 years for "Dead Clowns 2" to hit your favorite video store. Until then, avoid the original. Please. |
