| User ReviewAlexi TOk, its been well over ten years since I first saw this movie in the theaters. I was a big City Hunter fan at the time, and when they announced a Live Action movie for it, I was soo looking forward to it. Recently, I had the chance of renting this movie again and watching it in a remastered HD screen. Still as funny as ever, and what I've noticed, the voice over, might be accidentally, were the exact same voices in the HK Anime version of City Hunter. Not to mention, it was always weird, why did Joey Wong and Jackie Chan just use their voice... its not like they can't speak fluent Cantonese...) Overall it is off the basic story of City Hunter (there was a second remake, call Saeba 'Mong ball' by Chow Man Kin, that one is closer to the story of City hunter) But not a bad movie at all.. Especially the Street Fighter 2 scenes. |
