| User Reviewkayleigh dI've seen the series when I was little. I always loved it. First thing: this OVA is too condensed. They readapt scenes to fit the 26 minutes of it. All in all, it doesn't do justice to so rich a series as the original one was. It starts when Candy's found in Pony Orphanage and ends when she meets her first love, Anthony. Second observation: it was unnecessary to change Annie's hair color. She was brunette. Why turn her into a blonde. Candy's a blonde already! What's wrong with diversity? There's a scene near the end that made me cry though. It was very beautiful! Still, I preffer to have the chance to own the whole original series in the future. That one was the classic Masterpiece!! |
| User ReviewCharlotte NCute movie, but I love Sandybelle more, but I couldn't find it here. I had a manga/anime period and I really liked Candy Candy then, it was cute. Well painted and the music was beautiful. |
