He finds him outside and when he refuses to repent, Broncho gives him a sound beating. The greaser, who has followed, now sees his chance, so fires. Broncho's brother falls dead in his arms. The greaser then goes to the sheriff and tells him he saw Broncho kill his brother. The sheriff and his men arrive to arrest Broncho at his home, but he escapes. Later they find him in the saloon where he is accusing the greaser. Upon being questioned, the greaser confesses to the sheriff.
