Anita Cortez (Inez Cooper) is taking a pack train to Mexico with money and treasures she has raised to aid the earthquake victims. But border-town outlaws, led by Bat (John Doucette) and Rod (House Peters Jr.) have other plans. But they get into an altercation with local cowhands Ed Porter (Tim Holt) and Chiro Rafferty (Richard Martin) and Bat is jailed.
