The lengthy concert features material from across the band's career, including songs from all three albums HISTORY FOR SALE, THE ANSWERS, and CONSENT TO TREATMENT. ARGUE WITH A TREE also includes two songs that are not available on the HISTORY FOR SALE CD, including "Weight Of The World," and "18th Floor Balcony."
