DeciderKayla CobbBleach knows that it's supposed to be a fun action movie, and it gleefully embraces that aesthetic.
Movie NationRoger MooreDopey, colorful live-action manga that plays like a dopey, violent Japanese Harry Potter picture.
Film School RejectsRob HunterDon't worry about wiping it clean from your memory, it'll fade on its own.
SciFiNowJustine SmithWhile clearly made for a dedicated fanbase, unlike some more recent anime live-action adaptations, one of the greatest assets of Bleach is how cohesively it outlines its mythology for the uninitiated.
User ReviewThad dA GREAT movie all around the castings was perfect. Telling the story an not being extra. The movie delivered ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
User ReviewDanny DAs a long term Bleach fan, this adaptation did the anime justice.
User ReviewAriel BVery enjoyable. This is a will watch again and again
User ReviewCharles UBest adoption of a Manga I've ever seen as a movie... looking forward to the next ones.
User ReviewClara Etaking into consideration the amount of information presented in the first arc of the manga, it was a pretty good adaptation. same opinion on casting. actors were similar enough to the manga/anime aesthetics without forgoing acting capabilities. ending though, i understand the need to give is some conclusion, but would have like it be more truer to the original story (not retunring Rukia's powers) as to be able to continue the story in the future
User ReviewHenry SThis movie captured both the anime and manga fans also new fans to the series,I'll recommend it to anyone
