Movie Reviews

Film Threat - 9/10 by Matthew PassantinoTone deaf at almost every turn, Best F(r)iends won't have the same legs as The Room but could offer a night of fun with some of your closest f(r)iends. It's terrible.
Birth.Movies.Death. - 6/10 by Leigh MonsonAs for the film itself, director Justin MacGregor certainly plays into the absurdity of the script's strange premise and twisted plotting.
Film Inquiry - 6/10 by Alex LinesTo really enjoy this picture, one must require severe acclimatisation to the 'so bad it's good' style of filmmaking, the only discernible way to get the most out of Justin MacGregor's tame debut.
Midwest Film Journal - 4/10 by Evan DosseyFor fans of The Room who wondered what else the duo might try - the answer is more of the same.
Concrete Playground - 4/10 by Sarah WardIt won't tear you apart with laughter or leave you wondering how it got made, but very few films can manage that.
Ian Thomas Malone - 4/10 by Ian Thomas MaloneLike its cult predecessor, Best F(r)iends skirts the standard good/bad binary through which we usually judge art.
The Hollywood News - 2/10 by Kat HughesWhat could, and should, have been more The Room level madness is sadly just downright mad. Unless you're a real glutton for punishment, skip this and just re-watch The Room again.
User Review - 10/10 by Ruben CI was actually blown away by this! They have done it again! You're tearing me apart!!!
User Review - 10/10 by Shay MI enjoyed this far more than The Disaster Artist (the film, not the book). I thought the most fascinating part of Greg's autobiography was his relationship which Tommy, which was more complicated than what one would assume if they just saw the Disaster Artist movie. Greg makes fun of Tommy but he does so with love. He credits Tommy for his success in life and acknowledges that he has provided him with support and confidence throughout their 20+ years of friendship, even though he has been a source of frustration as well. I think this movie did a much better job showing their friendship as well as their differences.
User Review - 10/10 by Donnell Gi ENJOYED IT FOR WHAT IT WAS. IT WAS BETTER THAN THE ROOM, AND I NEVER GOT BORED. SOMEONE GIVE TOMMY WISEAU 100 MILLION DOLLARS AND LET ME MAKE A MARVEL MOVIE
