Assignment XAbbie BernsteinBattle of the Damned is far from a classic, but if you are in the mood to see fast zombies up against faster feet, fists and firearms, it certainly fills the bill with energy and some panache.
The Times of IndiaReagan Gavin RasquinhaOne of the first among many plot holes you will wonder about is how Gatling is a military rank despite clearly being a mercenary. Does he have a backstory?
User ReviewStephan KFor a B Movie this Film actually provided some excellent Production Values. Besides that. Well the Robot Factor in a Zombie Movie was new but they didn't really take advantage of that. Sadly Lundgren seems like he can hardly move. But considering this is a B-Movie and also rating it on that scale I had a good time (which actually flew by). I think the average Rating of 2.1 is undeserved.
User ReviewAl SAn instant classic that has it all for action fans. It has zombies, robots, bullets, blood and pure wicked fun from start to finish. A wickedly entertaining and intense action shocker that's just spectacular enjoyment. A totally bad-ass and awesome movie. It's one of the most wild and simply one of the best movies of Dolph Lundgren's career. An action-packed chiller that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Lundgren is terrific, he plays a great character and tackling a new genre that he is clearly having a blast in. Director, Christopher Hatton crafts one of the most original and entertaining genre movies of the year. A pure blast.
User ReviewSiri BA real entertaining action packed B movie. It has Dolph Lundgren in "Gunner" mode with an army of robots fighting zombies, it is destined to become a cult film.
User ReviewBruno VIt was....umm...different. Take the tired and tried method of zombie dealings and escalate it with the introduction of robots who can annihilate them. The flown of the movie was pretty good, we had a fairly basic beginning, introduction of one of the main characters, then that character is introduced to another main, and then that main shows the other main the other characters in her group, and then escape the city that's getting bombed to get rid of all the zombies. Nothing special. Except the robots. Fun movie, not violent at all. Not graphic. Totally worth a watch.
User ReviewDavid Rdont pay to watch it.... but its worth watching.
User ReviewTerry BB Grade movie but hey it's Dolph Lundgren so it's worth watching Isn't What else could you ask for Lundgren vs Zombies why didn't they think of the earlier Starts off Zombie Shooting and stabbing with a weak storyline Max ( Dolph ) is to rescue a Brat daughter Jude of some rich guy The story starts to unfold meeting up with our Survivors and then Robots yes I did say that Now the movie is picking up CGI Killer Soldier Robots are not bad they were also used on the Directors other B Graded movie Robotropolis Ok without giving anymore away this is quiet slow but does have great action scenes over Acting but you do have Zombies and Robots worth watching as it filmed well still better then The movie World War Z * While I'm watching this movie or any Zombie flesh eating movie I ask why do the use loud guns which attract Zombies why don't use silencers on their guns? (My thought of the Day)
