| User ReviewJohnthomas GNo estaba seguro sobre este filme, ya que parecía que era una extraña mezcla de dos complejos "storylines" en comics: "The Court of Owls" (que incluye la saga del mismo nombre más "The Night of the Owls" y "The City of Owls") y por el título de la película, "Batman vs Robin" que curiosamente era un storyline del tiempo en que el manto de Batman era cubierto por Dick Grayson con Damian Wayne como Robin. Y aunque es claro que usaron algunas escenas del evento "The Court of Owls", no así del storyline "Batman vs Robin". Honestamente, "The Court of Owls" es suficientemente complejo y rico como para hacer una película (o hasta una trilogía) pero con este filme presentado luego del previo "Son of Batman", creo que es claro que distante de intentar hacer adaptaciones fieles del material impreso, WB Animation busca construir una "trilogía" (asumiendo que habrá al menos un tercer filme continuando la trama) donde el objetivo es presentar una saga donde Damian Wayne es el factor central. Es entendible que a mucha gente no le agrade Damian, ya que tiene una personalidad antagónica con Batman (su padre biológico) pero creo que eso lo hace más interesante como personaje a desarrollar, hay más campo que explotar y hasta es más consistente con la realidad, ya que en esa edad de pubertad es más creíble que tenga problemas de interactuar con adultos y de llevarse bien con ellos, con eso haciendo comparación con Jason Todd, que las "perfectas" presentaciones de Dick Grayson y Tim Drake, que nadie niega sus excepcionales aportes pero al final, el único "pecado" que han cometido Damian Wayne y Jason Todd es de comportarse como adolescente típicos que pasas por su etapa de rebeldía. En cuanto el filme, es claro que no buscan adaptar con detalle los storylines de comic books de donde se inspira, sino continuar lo desarrollado ya en el previo filme animado "Son of Batman", pero sabiendo presentar escenas claves del material impreso integrándolas al "nuevo desarrollo" planteado para el filme. También es importante rescatar que la película no busca para nada ser un producto para ser visto por niños, al menos no sin supervisión de adultos, ya que presenta alta violencia, sangre y lenguaje adulto. Creo que la decisión es acertada ya que es evidente que los niños de ahora prefieren animación CGI, y ven la animación convencional como algo que ven "los viejos", así que porqué limitar un filme que de por sí es muy probable que no le llame la atención a los "niños de ahora"? Por ende, aunque tampoco es que sea un producto realmente maduro, si presenta suficiente atmósfera adulta para complacer los gustos de aquellos ya crecidos pero que siempre disfrutamos de este tipo de películas. |
