A monkey couple, Shankar(male) and Gauri(female) are owned by a madari(animal handler), along with other animals. They are treated inhumanly by the handler, while they have to perform in his circus to earn money for him. Tired of slavery, ill-treatment, hunger and humiliation by their master, the pair decide to break free from their shackles.
