| User ReviewZsolt &Great. The first Appleseed stuff I saw. And now I'm going through everything else. +Nice Detailed graphics, especially characters. +Quite good facial animations especially for a low budget movie. +Good story +Good atmosphere -Baffling glaring aliasing and banding artifacts, which impair the visual experience. It's quite disappointing to see such things in a CGI movie, when even half-decent videogames deal with it properly. -The story is rather short and the locations are few. Lot of standing, sitting, walking around and talking. The difference is rather blatant compared to the 2004 Applesed movie. I'm guessing it's because of budget constrains and the detailed visuals. -Deunan's outfit is a tad too sexy to be credible for a soldier. And it's the only thing she wears. -Some occasional really cheap animation, particularly with the Humvee. -Also it's weird that Briareos and Deunan show practically no sign of affection, they only talk about it.
