Chicago TribuneDave KehrThere is a lot of individualism in this movie, both in the filmmaking and in the characters.
Antagony & EcstasyTim BraytonDon Bluth's second outright triumph; a film whose burial in the last 20 years is nothing short of a crime.
Common Sense MediaM. FaustA barking romp too intense for younger children.
Associated PressDolores Barclay''All Dogs Go to Heaven'' will never be an animated classic, such as ''Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs'' or ''Bambi,'' but it is enjoyable entertainment for the entire family.
USA TodayMike ClarkThe appeal of character and story line here is thoroughly overshadowed by the various technical feats involved in bringing the film to the screen.
Video-Reviewmaster.comSteve CrumCute family fare in the Don Bluth tradition.

User ReviewMaximilien TBon Bluth still shows his dream maker's talent with All Dogs Go to heaven.. An excellent movie which marked me my childhood.
User ReviewBarry DI loved it. From the songs (Let Me Be Surprised, You Can't Keep A Good Dog Down), to the heartwarming characters (Charlie, Itchy, Anne-Marie), from the ideas (The Robin Hood Bet, 'Barkin'), to the emotional side (nearly everything), Don Bluth couldn't have tried harder to make the best movie of the decade then and on afterwards. The perfect family movie.
