Movie Reviews

Hollywood Reporter - 4/10 by Frank ScheckIn addition to its unconvincing, cliché-ridden storyline, Alina takes itself too seriously.
Movie Nation - 4/10 by Roger MooreIt’s a short drama that lurches through assorted abrupt changes in tone, temperament and relationships.
Village Voice - 3/10 by Aaron HillisIt’s all rather implausible, as is how all those cinema luminaries Barenholtz once nurtured seem to have no impact on his style-free storytelling.
The New York Times - 3/10 by Ben KenigsbergAlthough the internet and cellphones exist in the movie, there’s a dated quality to the premise.
