Hundreds of people, including innocent bystanders, were beaten and arrested and then tortured at police stations. Several people were shot in the eyes with rubber bullets. No one was held accountable, the commanders of the perpetrators were honored. This documentary tells the story of the victims with never-before-seen amateur and professional footages.
