| User ReviewSimon PFRESH, a little hard to keep up with the subtitles since they talk so fast I had to read so fast, but with or without the language this movie has a SPECTACULAR comic book style atmosphere with somewhat THE CROW meets HE-MAN type feel to the main character, BOSS MOVIE a MUST WATCH for BLOOD GUTS & GORE Fanatics. I have pride putting this up on display in my collection, Gold Independent Work!! keep em coming plz!! |
| User ReviewTroy KNecrostorms debut picture Adam Chaplin comes across like The Crow meets Fist of the North Star that is absolutely busting with outrageous gore and severed limbs akin to Brain Dead/Dead Alive. Two versions are available - The standard and the Extended version. The standard is a rougher looking film and will apeal more to fans of raw German Splatter and comic book fans with it's choppy editing and raw effects, whilst the extended version is darker and extremely atmospheric and we the audience get a real insight into Adams loss and pain, something that didn't really come across to well in the previous version. Also the 1000's of gallons of blood that cover the screen look much more realistic in the extended plus there is much more of it this time round (didn't think this was possible lol) |

| User ReviewKristopher EI can only describe this film as an insane rollercoaster ride through gore stuffed tunnels and broken tracks. The other passengers on the ride with you are freakishly deformed characters that will follow you home and threaten your family and pets. A satisfying gore fest that delivers high impact action and oceans of blood. Horror fans, anime fans, unite! Follow Adam Chaplin through every corpse! Necrostorm, the company that brings us this film, is definitely carving their own niche into the face of horror. Thoroughly satisfying and enjoyable to the most diehard of gore and action fans. A must see! |

I just loved the set design, so dark and dirty (and also wet looking) The irony of calling it Heaven Valley is simply genius. The make up followed the traditional italian magic, incredibly realistic. The costume was fantastic, I loved the HVPD uniform, it's so modern and stylish. The editing was great, really enjoyed the freeze frames and weird camera angles and some extreme close ups. Acting wise the film could see some improvement, but was entertaining overall. |

| User ReviewGreg TADAM CHAPLIN has been sold as the "bloodiest movie" ever, and the signs were good - a manga-influenced splatter-fest in the vein of THE CROW and RIKI-OH, with a plot fuelled by supernaturally-influenced revenge & promising new levels of action horror. Sadly, as is so often the case, the promise turns out to be a big fat lie. ADAM CHAPLIN is garbage. And not even so-gory-and-crazy-it's-fun garbage. Just raw, untreated, 100% foetid sewage garbage. The lame (though gory) special effects wouldn't be so offensive if the film didn't seem to take place almost entirely in a dark corridor. But it does. And the dull, plodding and nonsensical story wouldn't be so offensive if at least the action wasn't dull and mind-numbing. Which it is. Don't be fooled by the self-generated hype, there is no reason to see this movie. But if you really must, you can have my copy... |
