Vijay (Arjun) is an ex-cop who was framed up after he cleaned the city of the scum of the earth including nine encounter killings of dreaded gangsters. The rest of the film is how Vijay assisted by two glam girls (Namitha and Keerthi Chawla) mete out vigilante justice in a cat-and-mouse game with the kidnappers.
