Alice and Clodagh are soon lover's and when Martin's brother Anthony comes to visit, he is the first to realize what is going on. The village is soon abuzz with rumors.

| User ReviewRoxanne RGood acting, and interesting storyline adapted from a best-selling book about an illicit affair between a well respected mother of four children named Alice and a wealthy socialite named Clodagh. Alice and Martin Jordan purchase a nice estate house next to a small village. One night they are invited to dinner at Sir and Lady Unwin's estate who are the wealthiest couple in the area. The Unwin's have a daughter named Clodagh who lives a life of leisure and luxury. Clodagh is their only heir to the estate. She returns to the village and at dinner meets Alice and Martin...after a couple of outings, Clodagh falls in love with Alice, causing a shocking chain reaction...I was not crazy about the ending, wished it was different but nevertheless, the story was very good and the actors did a great job! Available on Netflix instant streaming..Definitely recommended! |
