Daffy and Speedy both enter a yacht race. Speedy uses a bathtub; Daffy pulls the plug. Speedy comes back with a small raft; Daffy drops his anchor on the raft and sinks it. Speedy bashes Daffy, stuck in a porthole, with a baseball bat until he agrees to split the winnings 50-50 and work together. "Together" turns out to be Daffy swimming behind and pushing and speeding up when a shark shows up.
