Full Plot Details

To superstar singer Ebony Scrooge, Christmas is just another day of the year - another day to exploit her entourage, insult her family and steal from the less fortunate, before a fateful Christmas Eve changes her tune forever. Enter the ghost of Marli Jacob, Ebony's former singing partner, who informs the impossible Diva that she will be visited by three spirits: the sharp-tongued Ghost of Christmas Past, the hard-drinking Ghost of Christmas Present and eventually, the Ghost of Christmas Future, who materializes in an episode of VH1's Behind the Music. Once Ebony realizes the errors of her miserly ways, she heads out to set the record straight, as only a true Diva can.

User Review - 10/10 by Linda PI am a die hard Carol fan. and was expecting the worst with this. But it is quite clever, well written and hysterical in many parts. Williams no doubt got her Betty gig because it's practically the same character!

User Review - 8/10 by Bill TI thought this was cute and inventive, up until the conclusion. Vanessa Williams plays an overwrought, completely spoiled diva who's impossible to work for. Of course, she gets the Christmas Carol treatment. This does have some clever ideas up it's sleeve, especially with the making of the ghost of chistmas yet to come as a VH1 Behind The Music special LOL. Unforttunately, it all bizarrely comes crashing at the end, Williams doesn't really feel redeemed, instead it really does look like she's faking it, or Williams isn't doing a great acting job, or the script let her down. Probably a combination of all the above.
