Film RacketChristopher NullThe movie's tagline is "No justice. No peace." I couldn't agree more.
User ReviewDilhara AThe most interesting part about this movie is that it's Sri Lankan, released in USA. Once you get past the first 30 minutes, this movie is alright. The dialogue is very unnatural and seems rehearsed. The characters seem to be struggling to get into their roles. Kingsley's efforts are admirable, although I didn't think he was the best man for the job. This movie gets a B for effort, but definitely has more potential, especially with the action scenes. Build-up of suspense is lacking.
User ReviewBenjamin CActually quite enjoyed this. Its totally hammy with a completely cheesy soundtrack, ridiculous plot, totally unscary terrorists and a action cop who is about as hard as camembert. I think it is a bit of a spoof but it may well be serious. If so then its lame.
User ReviewIgor AA good story destroyed by awful direction and dialogue. Kingsley is excellent, but all this pales when Ben Cross is on screen, quite easily one of the worst on screen performances I have EVER seen, apparently this is a remake of an Indian film "One Wednesday" which is supposed to be superb, which must make this one of the most incompetant remakes ever.
User ReviewLee MNow I know WHY this Blu-ray was on sale brand new for $5.00!
User ReviewAbhishek Sremake of niraj pandey's "A wednesday" is nowhere to close its original. The only reason i watched this movie was ben kinglsey. i was disappointed. There was no intensity from the characters , the back ground score did not match the tempo of the script, direction was poor. Even an actor as good as ben kinglsey could not pull this one.

User ReviewJérémie FReally absurd ! Let's suppose the plot is conceivable, but the security breaches (e.g. at police stations and at the airport) are absurd, especially in a country like Sri Lanka (at the time the movie plays was at civil war). Ben Kingsley is,as always,an excellent actor. Ben Cross - as a stereotyped police officer (trained by the british colonialists?) - looks bad and terribly overacted. Do not spend your money to watch this movie!
User ReviewDean MAn absolutely diabolical film, a travesty. Kingsley should be ashamed to be associated with it. The acting throughout, even by Kingsley himself, is not even 2nd rate. A real disappointment, especially because the story itself had merit and could have produced a much better film.
User ReviewAdam SThis is by far the second worse movie I have seen this year, only knocked off it's perch by Lord of the Elves (which incidentally had no elves in it) Poor sound and overdub, boring story line and a general Bollywood feel to it was just lost on me. Maybe it was a comedy that went wrong??
