User ReviewJason Znot recommended for atheists. child transcends the empirical dimension!
User ReviewRick L48 Angels is roughly about Seamus (shamus for the non-Irish among us) hopping into a boat on a mission to meet God before God comes for him. along his sailing he meets some colorful folks who he involves himself with. I anticipated something about religion and God and Christ and that ilk, but this had as much to do with those as it did with baking recipes for the blind. What it did instead was turn the audience into the little kid and had him tag along as we followed a rogue IRA soldier try to get his fellow members back into the whole murder of women and children thang, as well as the 15 yr old who has no idea what he's doing in life and so puppy dog follows the IRA rogue. Not thrilling. Beyond all that, the acting was sub par. I never thought he'd shoot the dude, and I didn't get what half the cast was doing in this film. However, Gracie, who was in the movie for maybe 5 minutes, was my favorite character. She was about the only believable character in the whole hour and a half. So yeah, more words for this review than just about any other. That's because I think you should go see this movie for the sheer fact that I hope it will drum up support for the importation of future Irish films. This is the bullet we need to take for that dream to come true though.

User ReviewMichael TThe three different perspectives on death is interesting.. but the storyline is weak.
User ReviewPrivate UI was SO enjoying this until the end. I have no idea what happened here - or why? Possibly THE most disappointing ending to a movie I have ever seen. ANYBODY - who saw this and can explain the ending to me - please do. Anybody who didn't? Don't.
