Entrusted with the dangerous task of sabotaging the ammunition depots of the Germans, Leonidas, a brave officer of the Greek Army, secretly arrives in Nazi-occupied Lesvos. To stay under the radar, Leonidas seeks shelter in an Orthodox monastery, posing as a monk. However, the Germans are already on to the saboteur, and dispatch Elsa, a despicable Nazi collaborator and spy, to thwart Leonidas' plans.
