Özcan Alper was born in 1975 in Artvin, Turkey. A Turkish director Özcan Alper and the writer. He is known for "Autumn" (2008) and "future lasts forever" (2011). He was born in Hopa, Artvin. He graduated from Trabzon high school. He started studying physics in Istanbul University in 1992. He Then switched to history of Science in 1996 and graduated in 2003.
