Jun Robles Lana was born in 1972 in Makati City, Phillipines. Jun Robles Lana, born Rodolfo R. Lana Jr. is an internationally acclaimed Filipino filmmaker. The winner of 11 Palanca Awards for Literature, I became the youngest member of the Palanca Hall of Fame in 2006. I wrote and co-wrote multiple award-winning Filipino films such as "Jose Rizal", "Muro Ami" and "Bagong Buwan". In 2015, I have directed the multi-awarded film "Shadow Behind The Moon," which won the Best Director, NETPAC and FIPRESCI awards at the 13th Pacific Meridian Film Festival.
