Fernand Melgar was born in 1961 in Tànger, Morocco. Born in 1961 into a family of Spanish unionists exiled to Tangiers in Morocco. He smuggled him in with them to her parents who emigrate Switzerland in 1963 as seasonal workers. He participates in the foundation in the early 80's the mecca of underground culture in French-speaking Switzerland, Le Cabaret Orwell. After having programmed the video creation, it becomes a self-taught, producer and director independent.
