Dieter Scharfenberg was born in 1932. Dieter Scharfenberg studied from 1950 to 1954 in German literature, theatre science and philosophy in Jena and Berlin. Until 1955 he was in the area of dramaturgy at the DEFA and subsequently completed his service in the NVA, he graduated in 1957. From 1957 to 1970, the mountain as a film dramaturge at the DEFA was sharply engaged. He also wrote from the late 1960s, several Film screenplays and was a writer for gramophone recordings. Until the mid-1980s, the mountain released a sharp, approximately 20 Fairy tale records[1], including The clever farmer's daughter (1973) and The Emperor's new clothes (1986).
