Agnès Jaoui was born in 1964 in Antony, Hauts-de-Seine, France. Student gifted, Agnès Jaoui made hypokhâgne at the lycée Henri IV and entered the Conservatory at the age of 17 years. It follows, from 1984, the course at the the théâtre des Amandiers in Nanterre, directed by Patrice Chéreau.
