Steinar Sagen was born in 1975 in Oslo. Steinar Sagen is best known as a presenter for Radioresepsjonen on NRK P3 in the period 2006-2010. His first radioopptreden was in the summer program mouth to Mouth with Guri Solberg and Håvard Lilleheie in 2000. From the fall of the he continued in the radio show Holger Nielsens Method, where he also met Bjarte Tjøstheim for the first time. In the summer of 2001, Steinar Sagen his own program together with Håvard Lilleheie called Uncle Happy. In the summer of 2003 ended, Holger Nielsens Method and was replaced with P3morgen to attract more morgenlyttere to NRKP3. Both Steinar Sagen and Bjarte Tjøstheim went on to the new program.
