Hanne Borchsenius was born in 1935 in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, Denmark. Hanne Borchsenius is the daughter of the furniture dealer John Alfred Borchsenius (died 1969) and wife director Johanne Gudrun Linde (d. 1989) She first appeared in people's bevidshed as a fashion model at Richs and sæbereklamer.
