Georges Conchon was born in 1925 in Saint-Avit, Puy-de-Dôme, France. Born 9 may 1925 St. Avitus (Puy-de-Dôme), in a family of teachers, Georges Conchon, after a degree in philosophy, passed the support of the parliamentary service, and between the Assembly French Union where he was division head from 1952 to 1958.
