Anne Azoulay was born in 1978 in Paris, France. Anne Azoulay is the daughter of a reader-corrective and a pediatrician. She started very young in learning the dance and then she chose the theatre. She studied at the école of the rue Blanche, and continued his training with teachers of Russian and English.
